Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stampable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Stampable is a digital loyalty program platform that allows merchants to create QR code-based stamp card offers. Customers can scan QR codes to collect stamps and unlock rewards without creating accounts or downloading apps.

Account Registration

To use the Service as a merchant, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Trial

We offer a 2-week free trial for new merchants. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all features
• No credit card is required
• You can cancel anytime without charges
• Billing begins after the trial period ends

Subscription and Billing

After your free trial:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly per location
• Pricing: £5/month per location
• You will be notified before any charges
• Payment processing details will be provided when billing is available

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods
• Your offers will remain active until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet all your requirements
• That defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Stampable and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stampable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for customer data loss or stamp progress loss

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stampable from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
