Yes. Merchants need to create an account to set up and manage their stamp card offers. Signing up is quick and includes a 2-week free trial.
The system is designed for low-friction, trust-based use. Scan codes are dynamic and single use to eliminate screenshot abuse, and stamps are confirmed by staff when they scan. This is not intended to prevent determined abuse, but provides basic safeguards for normal use.
Your stamp card is a link that you save. If you lose the link & clear your browser data, you'll need to scan the QR code again to get a new card. Your previous stamps won't be recovered, just like losing a physical stamp card.
Their card works like a physical stamp card – if it's lost, it can't be recovered. Account-based recovery may be added later.
No. Scanning works on approved devices instead. Staff do not need accounts or passwords.
Yes. You can add and remove scanning devices at any time. Any smartphone or tablet with a camera that can scan QR codes can be used as a scanner.
Yes. Each business issues its own digital stamp card. Customers can have separate stamp cards for different businesses.
Yes. Each account can have up to five active QR codes. These can represent different offers or locations, managed separately.
Yes. The system is designed to minimise personal data. Customers do not create accounts, and we do not collect names, emails, or contact details. Limited technical data may be processed to operate the service securely. Only merchants have accounts, and we only collect the information necessary to provide the service. Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You won't be charged for the next billing period, and your offers will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Billing starts after your 2-week free trial ends. We'll notify you before any charges are made. You can cancel during the trial period and won't be charged.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
