Do customers need an app?

No. Customers just scan a QR and save a link. No app download, no installation, no hassle.

Do customers need to create an account?

No. There are no logins or passwords. Your stamp card is just a link—save it and use it anytime.

Do merchants need to create an account?

Yes. Merchants need to create an account to set up and manage their stamp card offers. Signing up is quick and includes a 2-week free trial.

Can I stop people from cheating?

The system is designed for low-friction, trust-based use. Scan codes are dynamic and single use to eliminate screenshot abuse, and stamps are confirmed by staff when they scan. This is not intended to prevent determined abuse, but provides basic safeguards for normal use.

What happens if someone clears their browser data?

Your stamp card is a link that you save. If you lose the link & clear your browser data, you'll need to scan the QR code again to get a new card. Your previous stamps won't be recovered, just like losing a physical stamp card.

What happens if a customer loses their phone or link?

Their card works like a physical stamp card – if it's lost, it can't be recovered. Account-based recovery may be added later.

Do staff need their own logins?

No. Scanning works on approved devices instead. Staff do not need accounts or passwords.

Can I use more than one scanning device?

Yes. You can add and remove scanning devices at any time. Any smartphone or tablet with a camera that can scan QR codes can be used as a scanner.

Can customers collect stamps at multiple businesses?

Yes. Each business issues its own digital stamp card. Customers can have separate stamp cards for different businesses.

Can I run multiple offers?

Yes. Each account can have up to five active QR codes. These can represent different offers or locations, managed separately.

Is it GDPR friendly?

Yes. The system is designed to minimise personal data. Customers do not create accounts, and we do not collect names, emails, or contact details. Limited technical data may be processed to operate the service securely. Only merchants have accounts, and we only collect the information necessary to provide the service. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. You won't be charged for the next billing period, and your offers will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

When does billing start?

Billing starts after your 2-week free trial ends. We'll notify you before any charges are made. You can cancel during the trial period and won't be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

How do I get support?
